Who we are
A two-person management team, on your site
IV Solar Pathways is Ioli Dimitriou and Vlad Apachitei. Main contractors and EPCs engage us to manage their on-site crews and execute the mechanical, electrical and civil works on solar and battery storage projects.
We work for the contractor. We do not hold the commercial contract for these projects: we run the on-site works on behalf of the company that does.

What we do
On site from groundworks to commissioning
We lead the crews on site through every phase of the build, on solar parks and battery storage sites alike.

Site visits
On-site inspections and progress checks throughout the build.

Equipment inspection
Electrical work equipment, lifting equipment and lifting beams, ladders and climbing gear.

Civil works
Excavation, trenching and groundworks, in-house with certified operators and machinery.

Cable installation supervision
Coaching and overseeing site crews on DC and AC cable laying and crimping, with hands-on AC crimping ourselves when the job calls for it.

Commissioning support
Cold and hot commissioning test analysis and fault diagnostics.

We are keen to bring our experience from projects across Europe to the growing Romanian PV market.
In Romania we are open to direct contracts for civil works, cable laying, crimping and testing. From short tasks of around a month to larger scopes, we scale up by hiring up to two additional local team members as needed.
